Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrect address


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation when possible.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos or videos

Approved cases will receive a replacement and/or refund.
